We are a boutique studio in Eltham offering both Clinical exercise classes (run by qualified Physiotherapists and Osteopaths) and Reform Pilates Classes. The studio is inclusive of everyone- all ages, fitness levels and conditions.
Our small class numbers ensure that you get the attention to detail and modification of technique to suit individual fitness levels and any pre- existing conditions. We strive to have the most up to date knowledge by participating in ongoing professional development to give you the best results.
Lauren McCluskey
Physiotherapist/Founder
Lauren has been teaching group exercise/ rehabilitation exercise classes for over 15 years. Having completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2003, Lauren worked both locally in Melbourne and in England as a Physiotherapist.
Lauren returned to Melbourne to complete several DMA courses in Clinical Pilates before moving to Brisbane to work with Studio Pilates International. Here she worked with a diverse caseload of both injured clients and Olympic Athletes. Lauren was also involved with creating course content for their instructor courses which now operate worldwide.
In late 2009, Lauren accepted an opportunity to return home to Eltham to work in prominent Physiotherapy practices where she was able to combine her Physiotherapy knowledge, passion for exercise prescription and Pilates experience into her sessions.
Lauren has a wealth of anatomical and biomechanical knowledge and experience. She is an expert in Clinical Pilates having personally taken thousands of clients through Pilates workouts for rehabilitation, sports performance and general fitness and toning.
Belinda
Osteopath and RMIT
Belinda is an experienced Osteopath and RMIT graduate. She has clinical experience working in a number of private practices, where she sees people of all ages and a variety of musculoskeletal and health conditions.
Having played a variety of sports including basketball, tennis and swimming, and as an Osteopath, she has an appreciation for how different components of the body move and work together as a whole.
After personally experiencing the benefits of participating in Pilates classes, Belinda has also extended her knowledge and experience to teaching Clinical Pilates. She hopes to utilize her passion and knowledge of exercise to help others achieve their unique goals.
Belinda loves that exercise can be targeted to a wide range of conditions, injuries, fitness levels and flexibilities, so that every body can experience the enjoyment of moving, and improve their biomechanical function.
Belinda ensures she remains up-to-date by attending courses, conferences, reading, and learning from her clients. She enjoys meeting new people, and chatting about all things ‘health’.
Growing up in the local area, Belinda is excited to be a part of the Reform Eltham team, and meet all the wonderful clients, pre-existing and new!
Alyssa
Osteopath / Myotherapist
Alyssa brings over 14 years of experience in manual therapy, including 3 years as an osteopath and 11 years as a dedicated myotherapist.
As a qualified clinical pilates instructor, she integrates movement into her treatments, with a strong belief that exercise is a vital part of health, healing, and long-term wellbeing.
Alyssa’s passion for helping others is what led her to this career, and she loves combining her knowledge of exercise and anatomy with hands-on therapy to support her clients’ recovery and resilience.
Outside the clinic, Alyssa enjoys staying active through strength training, running, pilates, and walking her dog. She brings the same energy and care to her personal life as she does to her work—always moving, always learning, and always committed to helping others feel their best.
Narin
Physiotherapist
Narin graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has a wide range of clinical experience working in private practice settings, teaching clinical Pilates and other clinical exercise groups, as well as working in a hospital setting, delivering post-operative care in orthopaedics.
Since completing her training with DMA clinical Pilates, Narin has found a passion for teaching Pilates and developing individualised programs to help others achieve their personal goals. She enjoys utilising up-to-date research to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries across all age groups. Narin is also a PINC Certified Cancer Rehab physiotherapist and enjoys helping women get back into the community and to doing what they love.
Narin is passionate about exercise rehabilitation and helping people achieve their long-term optimal health and wellbeing and she is very excited to be joining the Reform Eltham community.
Megan
Physiotherapist
Megan is a physiotherapist with a strong passion for women’s health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation.
She has over 15 years of clinical experience across both the public and private sectors, predominantly working within the community and conducting Clinical Pilates and functional-based exercise groups.
Megan has a special interest in women’s health and completed a Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Exercise and Women’s Health) in 2021.
She enjoys working with clients across their lifespan, including rehabilitation in adolescent sport, ante/post-natal, peri/menopause, and age-related health conditions.
She is DMA Clinical Pilates trained, a certified GLA:D instructor (osteoarthritis specific education + exercise program) and has previously developed and implemented an exercise program for osteoporosis prevention and management.
Kirsty
Physiotherapist
With over 20 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist in a variety of settings including musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, women’s and pelvic health and orthopaedics. She has also completed a post graduate certificate in women’s and pelvic health at M elbourne University in2019.
Kirsty loves sharing her passion for “exercise is medicine” and uses her expertise to empower people to achieve their optimal health and live their best lives. She enjoys working with clients across the lifespan including adolescents, ante/post natal women and peri/ post menopausal women.
Ruby
Pilates teacher
Ruby was originally a client of Reform Eltham before she decided to take a Reformer course and become a Pilates teacher. She has always enjoyed exercising and loved the idea of turning her passion into a career. Ruby brings a happy, enthusiastic vibe to all of her classes and loves a spicy glute loaded session.
Tenille
Pilates teacher
Tenille comes from a background of dance, training and performing from a young age.
As an adult Tenille moved into choreographing and teaching dance. This led to a passion for instructing others, furthering her experience in the fitness industry.
Since becoming a mother of 3, she put aside her passion for dance & fitness to concentrate on raising her babies.
During this period Tenille recognised the importance of being a fit and healthy mum which gave her the push to get back into the fitness industry, and delve into the exciting world of Pilates.
Tenille loves to help others feel their best on the inside and out, creating a friendly and welcoming environment for all her clients.
Brooke McEvoy
Pilates Teacher
Brooke has over a decade of experience teaching dance to children and adults of all ages and experience levels in both a prominent Eltham dance school and local schools. Brooke has found her passion lies within teaching where she takes great pride in passing on her own knowledge and experience to others. Her extensive dance experience leads to her placing great importance on correct technique and execution of all exercises to achieve the desired outcome.
Brooke is a multi-national award- winning dance choreographer winning ‘National Choreographer of the year’ in 2019 for AASCF. She has also won x 8 – 1st place national routines for her dancers since 2016. Brooke has also personally qualified twice for the USASF dance worlds in Hip Hop in both 2016 (placing 8th) and 2018 (placing 4th).
Brooke originally started out as a client at Reform Eltham and noticed almost immediately the benefits it had on her body and identifying muscle imbalances caused by years of dancing. She knows first- hand the benefits that Pilates has on injury prevention, improving strength and longevity in any chosen sport at both a club and elite level.
Brooke is excited to continue with her Pilates teaching in our brand new fitness studio.
Eve
Pilates Teacher
Eve’s Pilates classes are empowering, energising and thoughtfully designed to help you feel your best! After falling in love with Pilates four years ago, she knew she wanted to turn that passion into teaching. Since qualifying in 2024, Eve has been dedicated to helping others feel strong, confident and connected.
Her classes focus on building strength, improving mobility and supporting overall wellbeing.
Expect a feel-good full body burn, followed by calming breathwork so you leave every class feeling grounded and refreshed.
Lizzy
Pilates teacher
Lizzy completed her instructor training with Studio Pilates in 2024. Her passion for pilates has mostly stemmed from her love of dance! She injured herself in 2022, which made her unable to dance as much as she would’ve hoped which is when she switched her pointe shoes for grippy socks! Her Aunty who ran a home studio was her main inspiration to turn her love for pilates into something where she can share her knowledge with others.
