We are a boutique studio in the heart of Eltham offering both Physiotherapy exercise classes and Reform Pilates Classes. The studio is inclusive of everyone- all ages, fitness levels and conditions.

Our small class numbers ensure that you get the attention to detail and modification of technique to suit individual fitness levels and any pre- existing conditions. We strive to have the most up to date knowledge by participating in ongoing professional development to give you the best results.

Lauren McCluskey


Lauren has been teaching group exercise/ rehabilitation exercise classes for over 14 years. Having completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2003, Lauren worked both locally in Melbourne and in England as a Physiotherapist.

Lauren returned to Melbourne to complete several DMA courses in Clinical Pilates before moving to Brisbane to work with Studio Pilates International. Here she worked with a diverse caseload of both injured clients and Olympic Athletes. Lauren was also involved with creating course content for their instructor courses which now operate worldwide.

In late 2009, Lauren accepted an opportunity to return home to Eltham to work in prominent Physiotherapy practices where she was able to combine her Physiotherapy knowledge, passion for exercise prescription and Pilates experience into her sessions.

Lauren has a wealth of anatomical and biomechanical knowledge and experience. She is an expert in Clinical Pilates having personally taken thousands of clients through Pilates workouts for rehabilitation, sports performance and general fitness and toning.

Alarna Curtis

Pilates Teacher

Alarna has excelled in her professional dance career, with national and international tours under her belt. She has 7 years of experience teaching children as young as 3 up to adults in ballet, jazz and contemporary style dance.

Throughout her teaching career, Alarna has always had a focus on encouraging an awareness and understanding of the physical nature of dance, promoting the importance of longevity and prevention of injuries.

Alarna’s passion for a healthy understanding of the body lead her to pursue a teaching career in Pilates. She recently completed her Certificate in Anatomy, Matwork and Reformer Pilates through Studio Pilates International. She then furthered her skills and training through a short course with Pilates Republic.

Alarna is thrilled to be part of the expansion of Reform Eltham into fitness based Pilates and she can’t wait to carry on her passion through to her clients.

Brooke McEvoy

Pilates Teacher

Brooke has over a decade of experience teaching dance to children and adults of all ages and experience levels in both a prominent Eltham dance school and local schools. Brooke has found her passion lies within teaching where she takes great pride in passing on her own knowledge and experience to others. Her extensive dance experience leads to her placing great importance on correct technique and execution of all exercises to achieve the desired outcome.

Brooke is a multi-national award- winning dance choreographer winning ‘National Choreographer of the year’ in 2019 for AASCF. She has also won  x 8 – 1st place national routines for her dancers since 2016. Brooke has also personally qualified twice for the USASF dance worlds in Hip Hop in both 2016 (placing 8th) and 2018 (placing 4th).

Brooke originally started out as a client at Reform Eltham and noticed almost immediately the benefits it had on her body and identifying muscle imbalances caused by years of dancing. She knows first- hand the benefits that Pilates has on injury prevention, improving strength and longevity in any chosen sport at both a club and elite level.

Brooke is excited to continue with her Pilates education through Studio Pilates, and cannot wait to start teaching Pilates classes at Reform Eltham.

Caroline Greenwood

Physiotherapist/ Clinical Pilates

Caroline graduated from Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2013 and has worked across a very diverse caseload gaining experience in all areas of Physiotherapy. 

Caroline has recently been working in outpatient rehabilitation at a major hospital in Melbourne. Combining current evidence- based practice, clinical experience and knowledge of anatomy and physiology to achieve optimal function and physical health for all her patients.

Caroline has extensive experience working with a wide range of conditions (from sporting injuries, acute and chronic low back pain, post- surgical and neurological rehabilitation). Through her years of working in rehabilitation, Caroline developed a passion for exercise- based therapy and prescription of Clinical Pilates exercises to help her clients improve. The positive impact that movement has on people has been the main motivating factor for Caroline to pursue her career in movement- based medicine her at Reform Eltham.

Caroline started her Clinical Pilates training in 2012 with APPI and has been continuing to attend Pilates based courses since this time. She absolutely loves learning and has an impressive portfolio of Physiotherapy based courses that she has attended over the last 7-years. She is keen to utilise these skills to achieve positive outcomes for her clients.
